Prairie Chapters
The structure of the Sierra Club is a series of nested groups. Within the Prairie chapter, there are several groups – the role of the chapter office is to support the groups, coordinate regional campaigns, act as a liaison between groups and national office, and lead advocacy efforts on a regional or provincial scale.

The Chinook Group is currently involved with several campaigns and programs including: eliminating single use plastic bags, combating urban sprawl, eliminating pesticides and the Outings program. Monthly member meetings are scheduled on the 1st Wednesday of each month at 7pm at 1111 Memorial Drive NW.
